Canadian built Charles Whitholtz design twin keelĀ  37ft steel boat. Sloop rigged with an inner forestay to sail as a cutter as well. Has wind vane with it's own autopilot, solar panels fore and aft and wind generator. Comes with windless anchor system and a folding foldaboat on deck. Has a large cockpit with RAM radio and autopilot, radar chart plotter. Sailing is easily single handed from the cockpit set up.

Down below is where this gem comes to life with a massive V berth comfortable salon and well designed galley with fridge and freezer gimbled stove and oven. In addition there is a large nav station with swinging stool underneath.

The engine room has a well maintained Perkins 4108 housed in a very large and easily accessible engine room with entry available from 3 different positions. There is a small tool room and work bench adjacent the engine room. This leads back to a large aft cabin and head and shower. This ship has heating system in the floor and a wood burning stove which will keep you warm on chilly nights.

This ship is supplied with a massive amount of extras that you must see to believe. Everything from power tools, life raft, spare parts and filters. The list is endless.
