This is a very well maintained sailboat and won't stay in our inventory long. 

The owners took a 6 month leave of absence from work to spend the 2024 cruising season in the Bahamas and are going back to work soon.  The boat is very clean and had a fresh bottom paint job and cutlass bearing in December 2023 along with an engine service and additions made by the current owner.
